contact@deepcraft.app 로 메일을 보내 주세요. 제목에 「[덕 하버] 계정 삭제 요청」이라고 적어 주세요. 기록을 찾을 수 있도록, 아래 가운데 가지고 계신 것을 하나 이상 적어 주세요.
XXXX-XXXX 모양의 8글자): 앱의 설정 창에 보이던 번호입니다. 앱에서 문의 메일을 보내신 적이 있다면 그 메일 본문에도 적혀 있습니다.보호자가 자녀의 기록을 요청하시면 그 사실도 적어 주세요. 요청은 무료이며, 받은 날부터 10일 안에 처리하고 결과를 회신합니다. 단서가 없거나 맞는 기록을 찾지 못하면 그 사실을 그대로 알려 드리며, 처리한 척하지 않습니다.
본인 확인. 기록을 지우면 되돌릴 수 없고 남은 유료 코인도 되살릴 수 없어서, 지우기 전에 요청하신 분의 기록이 맞는지 확인합니다.
메일로 요청해 지운 경우에는 앱이 그 사실을 모릅니다. 그 뒤에도 앱을 계속 쓰시면 새 익명 계정이 만들어져 기록이 다시 올라갈 수 있으니, 그것을 원하지 않으시면 지운 뒤 앱을 삭제해 주세요.

자녀의 기록도 같은 방법으로 지울 수 있습니다. 만 16세 미만이거나 나이를 알 수 없는 이용자는 Google 또는 Apple 계정을 연결할 수 없어서 이메일 주소가 남아 있지 않습니다. 앱 없이 요청하실 때는 지원 번호(설정 창)나 주문 번호로 찾습니다. 어린이에 대한 처리는 개인정보처리방침 6장, 미국에 사는 보호자를 위한 고지는 영어판 6-2에 있습니다.
This menu exists in versions with cloud save. Earlier versions have neither this menu nor any cloud records to delete.
Email contact@deepcraft.app with "[Duck Harbor] Account deletion request" in the subject. So that we can find your records, include at least one of the following that you have:
XXXX-XXXX): the code shown in the app's settings window. If you ever sent a support email from the app, it is also in that email's body.If you are a parent or guardian asking about your child's records, please say so. Requests are free; we act within 10 days of receiving a request and reply with the result. If you give us no clue, or we cannot find matching records, we tell you exactly that; we do not pretend to have acted.
Confirming that it is you. Deletion cannot be undone and paid coins left cannot be restored, so before deleting we confirm that the records are yours.
If we delete on an emailed request, the app does not know about it. If you keep using the app afterwards, it may create a new anonymous account and upload your records again; if you do not want that, uninstall the app after we have deleted them.

Your child's records can be deleted in the same ways. Players under 16 or of unknown age cannot link a Google or Apple account, so no email address is held for them; when you ask without the app, we find the records by the support ID (shown in the settings window) or an order number. How the app treats children is in section 6 of our Privacy Policy, and the notice for parents in the United States (COPPA) is in section 6-2.

XXXX-XXXX の形の8文字）: アプリの設定画面に表示されていた番号です。アプリからお問い合わせメールを送ったことがあれば、そのメールの本文にも書かれています。保護者の方がお子さまの記録についてご請求される場合は、その旨もお書きください。手数料はかかりません。ご請求を受けた日から10日以内に対応し、結果をお知らせします。手がかりがない場合や、該当する記録が見つからない場合は、そのことをそのままお伝えします。対応したふりはしません。
ご本人の確認。削除すると元に戻せず、残っている有料コインも復元できないため、削除の前に、ご請求の方ご本人の記録であることを確認します。
メールでのご請求で削除した場合、アプリはそのことを知りません。その後もアプリをお使いになると、新しい匿名アカウントが作られて記録が再び送られることがあります。それを望まない場合は、削除の後にアプリを削除してください。
