솔직히 말씀드릴 것이 있습니다. 우리는 이름·이메일·계정 같은 사람을 식별하는 값을 하나도 받지 않습니다. 그래서 보관된 기록 중 어느 것이 당신의 것인지 바로 알 수 없는 경우가 있습니다. 그런 경우에는 「특정하지 못했다」는 사실을 그대로 회신드립니다 — 처리한 척하지 않습니다. 참고로 앱을 삭제하시면 그 설치의 식별자는 기기에서 사라지고, 다시 설치하면 이전과 무관한 새 값이 생성됩니다.

Turnaround: within 30 days of receipt. We reply with the outcome.
One honest caveat. We collect no identifying values at all — no name, no email, no account. So there are cases where we cannot tell which stored record is yours. When that happens we reply saying exactly that — we do not pretend to have acted. For what it is worth: uninstalling the app removes that install's identifier from your device, and reinstalling creates a fresh value unrelated to the old one.
