Google
Google Play

App: AR 줄자 (app.deepcraft.armeasure) · Developer: DeepCraft · Contact: contact@deepcraft.app · Effective: 2026-09-22

Summary. AR 줄자 is an on-device measurement app. Camera frames, saved photos, coordinates, and the actual measured values (dimensions) never leave your device — there is no server that processes your measurements. The only data that leaves your device is what the third-party SDKs below collect for their own purposes. Our analytics SDK (Firebase Analytics) only receives aggregate usage counts (what you used, how often) — never the measured values, photos, or coordinates themselves. Our crash-diagnostics SDK (Firebase Crashlytics) sends technical information only when the app crashes or fails to bring up its screen, so that we can find the cause.

DataHow it is processedLeaves device
CameraUsed in real time for AR measurement; processed on-device, not storedNo
Measurements / saved photos / coordinatesStored in the app's private storage (not the shared gallery) only when you saveNo — unchanged by the analytics SDK below
App usage statistics (which tool, how often, unit settings, free/pro status — never the measured value itself)Google Firebase Analytics (product improvement)Google
Device identifier (app instance ID, crash installation UUID)Auto-generated per install by Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. Does not identify you personally; reinstalling the app produces a new valueGoogle
Approximate location (city level)Inferred by Firebase Analytics from your masked IP address. The app neither requests nor uses the location permission — GPS and precise location are never collectedGoogle
Crash and diagnostic data (only when the app crashes or fails to bring up its screen)Firebase Crashlytics — stack trace, app state at the moment of the crash, device model, OS version, memory and similar technical details. The app itself adds only category values — startup-stage names and state flags as custom keys, plus short breadcrumb lines. Nothing about your measurements and no user ID is includedGoogle
Advertising ID, device/usage infoGoogle AdMob (to show ads)Google
Purchase infoHandled by Google Play Billing (pro unlock)Google Play
Measurement report email (only when you choose to send one)The app drafts an email body and hands it to your own email app. The whole body is shown on screen before you send, and you can edit or delete any of it in your email appOnly when you send it, from your own email account

Camera permission is used only for real-time measurement (not stored or transmitted). Not directed to children under 14. You can delete on-device measurement data within the app; to request deletion of aggregate analytics data or crash reports, contact us. Contact: contact@deepcraft.app.

Data deletion. Full details are on a separate page: https://deepcraft.app/ar-ruler/data-deletion. In short — the app has no accounts, so there is no account to delete, and your measurement photos, coordinates and values never leave your device, so deleting them on the device is the end of it (uninstall the app, or delete items inside it). What we can delete on your behalf is what Firebase holds: the per-install identifier, aggregate events, and crash reports — email contact@deepcraft.app and we complete it within 30 days of the request.

What a measurement report contains. If you tap "Measurement looks wrong" in the app, the email draft is pre-filled with the capture conditions needed to reproduce the problem. The app never sends it by itself — only you do, from your own email app, after seeing the whole body on screen. These 20 items are all of it: app version (including build type), language, device model, Android version, ARCore version, measuring tool, number of points, capture distance (camera to the aimed surface), tap distance, tap surface (plane/depth), tap angle, plane lock, depth sensor, scale calibration, tracking state, ambient light, camera exposure (ISO and shutter), reading stability, corner snap, measurement warnings. Not included: the actual measured values (length, area, volume), coordinates, location, account information, advertising ID, file names or paths. A photo is off by default — you have to turn it on in the report screen, after a notice that the photo shows wherever you took it. Anything you type into the body yourself is sent exactly as you wrote it.

Legal bases

WhatBasis
Advertising ID and ad delivery (AdMob)Your consent — we do not request ads before you consent
App usage statistics and app instance ID (Firebase Analytics)Your consent — handled together with the advertising consent above
Crash diagnostics and installation identifier (Firebase Crashlytics)Your consent — handled together with the advertising consent above (if you decline, crash collection also stops in this region)
In-app purchase (Google Play Billing)Performance of a contract — only if you buy the pro unlock
Measuring and cameraNo basis needed — processed on your device and never transmitted

How we ask. We use a Google-certified consent management platform (the Google User Messaging Platform) the first time you open the app. Google renders the consent form in your device language.

How to change or withdraw consent. Open the app menu (drawer) → Info → "Ad privacy options" at any time. Withdrawal applies going forward and does not affect processing carried out lawfully beforehand. This menu item is shown only to users in the regions above.

If you decline. Every measuring feature keeps working. You will not see personalised ads; depending on the consent options you choose, you may see non-personalised ads or no ads at all. The same choice also stops the collection of app-usage statistics (Firebase Analytics) and crash diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics).

Your rights. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Write to contact@deepcraft.app; we verify identity before acting.

International transfers. The third-party services above are operated by Google and may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. Google applies GDPR transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses — https://business.safety.google/privacy/

Retention. We run no server of our own holding your data. The third parties above retain data under their own policies; measurement data stored on your device disappears when you delete it in the app or uninstall the app.
